It’s already Chinese New Year! yay! As many of you may know, it is the Year of the Rat! I wish you all a splendid year full of good fortune and memories. Best of wishes to you all! Happy Chinese New Year! Chuc Mung Nam Moi!

To find your Chinese Zodiac forecast for 2008’s Year of the Rat, please click >Here<. I actually rather like that site, so hopefully you find of interest as well. Normally, I would just post it here, however there are 12 signs and the paragraphs are quite large, so it’d be less text heavy on my blog for you to just click away!

To add to the mix, here is a Chinese Horoscope with the twist of Elements. Below will be a list of the more common horoscopes of the people I know who read my blog ( =] thanks!) , however if yours isn’t listed below, please click>Here< and find your sign and symbol.

THE WOOD RAT 1924 AND 1984
Despite having a remarkable facade of self-confidence, deep down, Wood Rats are the least sure of themselves compared to other Rats. However, they wouldn’t dream of showing this side of themselves to anyone. Only close companions of a Wood Rat would ever suspect that he or she had such self-doubt. In fact Wood Rats are often worried about downfall, despite their ability to find success. Well-liked, proficient, and good leaders at work, Wood Rats seem to function best when they are surrounded by family and friends. Cordial and delicate, they are usually well loved by family, friends and peers.

The WOOD OX 1925 AND 1985
Understanding and fair, these are the least unyielding of the Oxen and the most apt to change and accept new ideas. A more Liberal attitude gives them the ability to appreciate the value of being a part of a team, and other members of the team respect the high principles of the Wood Ox. They are particularly self-confident, giving them an air of unspoken authority. This characteristic means that Wood Oxen are often chosen as leaders or spokespeople. They also have a shorter fuse than other Ox people, and are more likely to be outspoken or to stand up in a crowd to be heard. These Oxen are quite devoted to those they love and make strong affectionate friends and relations.

The FIRE TIGER 1926 AND 1986 >>> This is me!<<<
Eccentric and dramatic, Fire Tigers are aglow with passion and verve. They are outgoing, expressive and look on the bright side of things. They have the Tiger’s natural ability to lead others and are able to excite others simply with their own gift of enthusiasm. They can be funny and have great sense of humor. Tigers are powerful speakers and have the ability to command and persuade crowds through speech. Their own seemingly endless supple of energy can make them appear a bit dramatic, and it may make them more sensitive to cautious or down-to-earth approaches in others.

The FIRE RABBIT 1927 AND 1987
Fire adds an unspoken magnetism and mystery to the Rabbit. These creatures have a burning desire to get out there and live life to its fullest. They are active and adventurous and love anything that sparks their creativity and curiosity. They can throw tantrums here and there, if provoked, but most of the time they work very hard to avoid conflict and unpleasant confrontations. Fire Rabbits are charming and tend to push their emotions back into the back of their minds, but will speak up if necessary.

The EARTH DRAGON 1928 AND 1988
Earth Dragons make great managers because they are practical, level headed, and demonstrate a knack for organizing. They still have the need to dictate and be admired, but they are affable, congenial and supportive. Compared to other Dragons, Earth Dragons are less likely to breathe fire at the lease irritation. They will work diligently to complete their life goals. The Earth element adds a greater portion of self-control to the Dragon’s personality and usually the Earth Dragon is deserving of the respect he or she desires. These Dragons take their life and romantic responsibilities quite seriously

The METAL MONKEY 1920 AND 1980
Persuasive and passionate, this Money is a warm person. He/She is successful due to their innate determination and ambitious nature. They work hard to climb the ladder of success and prefer to work alone. They are loyal employees, and always prepared and tactful with answers and upper management. In love, these Monkeys are just as loyal as well as loving and affectionate.

The WATER DOG 1922 AND 1982
These Dogs have great foresight and are well-educated on many different things. This quality helps them appreciate other points of view, making them quite flexible and liberal. They are easygoing, but this can cause them to be too spendthrift with money and less loyal with friends. Still, because of their flexible natures, and their ability to appreciate difference, these Dogs always have friends and are usually popular people.

Yay! As my present to you all, a drawing of a rat! lol, I bet you were thinking it was going to be intricate hahaha, sadly, this is the result. Happy Lunar New Year! =)
